Very impressive selection of wines. Lovely smooth port as well. Well worth a visit

We visited Buon Vino yesterday after The Courtyard Dairy cheesemongers opposite, which we'd also recommend. Very knowledgeable and helpful gentleman assisted in our choice of wine. We haven't sampled the wine yet so can't comment on that but can't recommend this shop highly enough.

Came in for 2/3 bottles and the man couldn’t have been more helpful. Told me about the qualities of several different bottles at varying prices without pushing me toward bigger prices. Bought 3 and they were all delicious. Huge selection of red and white and lots of spirits and the man working had loads of knowledge.

Great wines and beers and also spirit's, all from small independent local suppliers, the staff are really helpful they can tell all about the drinks and where they are from, will definitely be calling again.

When in to get my Xmas wine, man was just rude and too busy watching sport. Didn't give us the time of day. Just looked at us thought we was young didn't know about wine. Shame as you lost out on a big sale.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. Recommended two great wines based on our previous purchases and wines drunk recently in high end restaurants. The gentleman who assisted us discussed the merits of each vintage, the history of the vinyard and recommended how best to pair with food. Buon vino never disappoints. We will be back!

Always helpful, never feel like you're being 'sold' to. Great selection of interesting wines and spirits, with great stories about the producers. Many of the wines feature on places like Hipping Hall's wine tasting menu, so fun spotting them on way home.

Great little wine shop in a stunning location just outside Settle in the Yorkshire Dales. Helpful, friendly staff who even carry my purchases to my car! Well worth a visit.
